The Vintage Room, a clear, heated 1,600-square-foot structure located on the Resort’s Upper Ski Beach shimmers with modern chandeliers reflecting the pristine powder outside and stands as a testament to the luxury apres scene Deer Valley has to offer.
This ski season, The Vintage Room debuts luxurious red leather seating areas, a new bar and a sushi bar. It’s the perfect atmosphere to relax in the warmth of the bubble, sip on crisp prosecco and watch the skiers fly by.
Behind a 30-foot wooden bar, St. Regis mixologists create signature cocktails such as the 1942 Margarita made with Don Julio 1942, Grand Mariner, lime and agave; the Kentucky Mule made with Bulleit Bourbon, lime and Fever Tree Ginger Beer; and the extraordinarily popular 7452 Bloody Mary, named for the elevation of the Resort, made with Belvedere Vodka and Wasabi Espuma. The extensive beer menu includes popular St. Regis signature beers including Cousin Jack and Main Street Mexican lager.

Looking for a light bite?. The sushi bar features hand rolls made from seafood flown in daily from Maine, Nantucket and Hawaii. DJs spin tunes Thursday-Sunday afternoons from a suspended booth, keeping the vibe lively. Guests can enjoy champagne service, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages in The Vintage Room or on its outdoor deck and fire pit under the typically cornflower blue skies of Park City, making The Vintage Room a hotspot for apres partying on the mountain.
Seating at The Vintage Room is open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and is available on a first-come first-served basis, with the exception of the VIP area, for which reservations can be made for up to ten people.
