Spring is in full swing, and as florals in the Valley begin to bloom, so do fresh dining experiences. Anhelo Restaurant, one of Old Town Scottsdale’s most beloved dining spots, introduced a brunch service this past January, a standout option for a refined morning bite. Created by the acclaimed Chef Ivan Jacobo, the brunch pairs a vibrant menu with an atmosphere that is both fresh and exciting, which is more than ideal for this time of year.

“Brunch has always been something I’ve wanted to do, but only when it could be done with the same intention and care as our dinner service,” Jacobo says. “This menu reflects how I love to eat during the day—comforting, indulgent and meant to be enjoyed slowly. It’s familiar, but elevated, and it finally feels like the right moment and the right setting to share it.”
Offered Thursdays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the brunch features an elevated menu and a welcoming ambiance for daytime dining. Guests can choose between Anhelo’s indoor dining options or its private courtyard patio, surrounded by tall trees and seasonal florals. The patio creates a temperate, enjoyable outdoor dining experience, encouraging diners to slow down and savor not only the meal but also the atmosphere.

Jacobo’s menu puts a fresh spin on breakfast classics, including an avocado toast with burrata and poached egg, salmon eggs Benedict with Béarnaise and smoked roe, and a sticky toffee cinnamon roll. For heartier lunch options, there’s the egg sandwich with thick-cut pork belly, the steak sandwiches, and Anhelo’s signature steak frites. Shareable options include steak tartare, caviar service and a seafood platter. And that’s only a few of the standout selections on the menu.
Celebrate the change of seasons with a brunch experience that highlights not only Jacobo’s acclaimed cuisine but also Anhelo Restaurant’s unmatched ambiance.
