Honey Salt celebrates the best that BC has to offer. It serves chef-driven, farm-to-table cuisine, highlighting locally and regionally sourced ingredients that present the bounty of British Columbia on a plate. My breakfast favs are the BC smoked salmon board and the avocado toast.

“To the Victor belongs the spoils,” and here, at The Victor, guests are treated to a feast fit for royalty. Drawing inspiration from the architectural style of Queen Victoria, the creativity and rich flavors of The Victor feature a contemporary and seasonally inspired menu, highlighting an array of Pacific Northwest seafood. This sixth-floor rooftop restaurant offers a selection of specialty steaks and an incredible sushi and raw bar. Their cocktail menu is evenly matched to their cuisine, and their unique desserts include a cotton candy dome with secret donuts inside.
