WINE COUNTRY SPA DAY | Napa Valley
Feed your skin with fresh, antioxidant-rich ingredients straight from Mother Earth with the Body Botany treatment. The customized, rejuvenating massage begins with a body scrub chalked full of vitamins and antioxidants. Choose from olive leaf and rosemary to boost the immune system and reduce stress; coffee, lemon and shea butter to refresh and uplift; or hibiscus and blood orange to nourish and moisturize.

Carneros Resort and Spa

This succulent treatment is a signature of Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa Valley, California. The spa—which rests on a 28-acre property in the heart of wine country—recently underwent an ultra-luxe $3-million renovation. Surrounded by rolling farm lands, the reimagined spa menu highlights ingredients reflective of neighboring Napa Valley and the resort’s half-acre culinary garden—naturally, making it the perfect place to unwind.

SUN AND DONE | Miami
Too much of a good thing can easily become a bad thing—especially when it comes to catching some rays. Fortunately, the After Sun Ritual, found at The Ritz Carlton Spa in sunny Miami, Florida, is here to save the day when you’ve accidentally spent a little too much time in the rays. The body treatment is specifically designed to soothe and nourish sun-drenched skin, making it the ideal spa service post pool day. With three steps, the After Sun Ritual includes body exfoliation, a body wrap and a scalp massage, and uses cooling Aloe Vera and spearmint, as well skin-repairing ingredients coconut oil, wild yam and ylang-ylang.

The Ritz-Carlton

World-renowned for its luxury hotels and spas, the resort chain’s Key Biscayne, Miami location is fittingly fancy, with a spa that reflects West Indies glamour and features steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools and vitamin C-infused showers; two couple’s suites; a fitness center with classes; and a boutique. The 25,000-square-foot spa also happens to overlook the ocean, adding an extra oomph of relaxation to any treatment.

WHY BE DRY? | Las Vegas
Detoxify and revitalize summer skin with the Desert Detox—the ultimate treatment for tackling harsh, drying desert elements. The treatment begins with full body exfoliation, transitioning on to a contouring marine body mask, which soothes tight muscles and joints while toxins are drawn out from within. A Knesko Black Pearl Detox Face Mask is also included in this holistic treatment, which was designed to help the body detoxify and fully re-oxygenate, leaving the surface of the body as beautifully transformed on the inside as it is on the outside.

Designed for the desert, this treatment can be found at The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, located in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. Recently, the “non-gaming” oasis underwent a $1-million spa renovation that was inspired by the natural beauty of the desert and this summer, the spa will be offering several new treatments tailored for the season.

FRESH FEET | Pismo Beach, CA
For sandal-ready feet, look no further than a Watermelon Cucumber Mani/Pedi. The fruity cocktail mani/pedi confection includes with a watermelon basil foot soak, watermelon basil vodkatini scrub and fresh melon body milk lotion. We recommend opting for a juicy, vibrant nail polish color so your toes twinkle beach or poolside.

The Cliffs Hotel and Spa

This fresh mani/pedi treatment was created by the team at the Dia Feliz Spa at The Cliffs Hotel and Spa in Pismo Beach, California, as part of the spa’s new summer spa treatment menu. Known as an “oasis of coastal relaxation,” the spa grants guests with full access to the hotel pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness center; plush bath robes and slippers for use in between services; and unlimited access to a special blend of herbal teas. Better yet? Each treatment starts with a complimentary foot soak.
