Eerie Elixir Punch

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Blackcurrant-Infused Gin
  • 1 ounce  Blood Orange Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 ounce Elderflower Syrup
  • 1 Blackberry
  • 1 Lemon twist
  • 1 can Sparkling Blackcurrant Soda
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Fill a punch bowl with ice cubes.
  • In the punch bowl, combine blackcurrant-infused gin, blood orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and elderflower syrup.
  • Add sparkling blackcurrant soda to the punch bowl, gently stirring to combine.
  • Ladle the Eerie Elixir Punch into individual cups.
  • Garnish each cup with a blackberry and a lemon twist for a chillingly delicious presentation.

Pumpkin Pie Martini

Servings 2 Cocktails

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Grahm Cracker Sheet
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice make sure the teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon are separate, they will be used at different times when making the cocktail
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 4 ounces Vanilla Vodka
  • 4 ounces Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 4 ounces Half and Half

Instructions
 

  • Crush graham crackers in a plastic bag. Add crushed graham crackers, 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice and sugar to a plate.
  • Add a pool of maple syrup to another plate. It doesn’t have to be much! This is the glue that will hold your graham cracker crumbs to the glass!
  • Place the outer edge of the glass in the maple and rotate. Hold the position of the glass constant and just rotate the stem so you get an even coating.
  • Place the rim in the cracker crumbs and rotate. Then, do the same thing in the cracker crumbs!
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour the vodka, Frangelico and half and half in the shaker. Add the remaining teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Shake to combine.
  • Pour the martini through the strainer into the prepared glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired
  • Enjoy!

Candy Corn Old Fashioned

Ingredients
  

  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 Orange Slice
  • 1/2 ounce Monin Candy Corn Syrup
  • 2 ounces Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • Candy Corn

Instructions
 

  • Muddle bitters, orange, and syrup in a large old fashioned glass.
  • Add ice to top of glass and add whiskey.
  • Garnish with 4-5 pieces of candy corn.
  • Enjoy!
