A new Hermès store is just one of several exciting announcements from Scottsdale Fashion Square.
An 11,000-square-foot Hermès store—the very first in Arizona—is coming to Scottsdale Fashion Square in 2024. This was just one of several exciting changes coming to the shopping destination, with several announcements made recently by Macerich, the owner, operator and developer of Scottsdale Fashion Square.
“Macerich is dedicated to consistently reinvesting in and elevating our top regional town centers, and Scottsdale Fashion Square is among the most productive in our portfolio,” Tom O’Hern, Chief Executive Officer of Macerich, says. “Scottsdale Fashion Square is already the region’s undisputed luxury leader, and the tremendous success of our luxury wing demonstrates the strong appetite among retailers and shoppers for even more high-end experiences throughout this top-performing property.”
“We see great opportunity to further extend our luxury presentation into the south wing to welcome more of the world’s best brands and experiences, in line with the outstanding demographics and growth in the Scottsdale-Phoenix market,” he added.
Plans to renovate the interior and exterior of the Scottsdale Fashion Square south wing include an extension of the mall’s luxury presence beyond the existing luxury wing itself, complete with a luxe valet parking service. Cohesively with the existing luxury wing, the south wing will be renovated with upscale finishes, natural stone flooring and custom light fixtures.
Included in the plans for the south wing luxury renovation also includes two-story store fronts with exterior-facing retail at the entrance, and up to five restaurants.

In addition to the new Hermès stores and luxury renovation announcements, Scottsdale Fashion Square shared that they would be partnering with Off The Field NFL Wives Association for their annual charity fashion show event during the week of “The Big Game” in February 2023.
The fashion show will take place at Scottsdale Fashion Square and is the mall’s third event done in partnership with Off the Field. The charities benefiting from the fashion show will be announced this Friday, and tickets will be available for purchase later this year.
“This long standing partnership with Macerich and Scottsdale Fashion Square allows us to celebrate the pinnacle of the football season with a fashionable and fun event that ultimately supports the mission of Off The Field and that is to support the community through cause initiatives,” Ericka Lassiter, Off The Field immediate past president and co-chair of the charity fashion show, says. “We have hosted this event for 22 years and it’s our opportunity to give back to causes that enhance the quality of life for families.”
