INGREDIENTS
● 1 ounce St~Germain
● 1 ½ ounces PATRÓN Silver
● ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake and strain over an ice-filled, salted rim rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

FREEDOM TONIC

INGREDIENTS
● 1 ½ ounces Juniper Grove American Dry Gin
● ½ ounce top shelf grenadine
● tonic water
● fresh white peach
● fresh blueberries
METHOD
Line the bottom of a goblet with the grenadine and fill with ice. Place ¼ of a white peach and the gin into a shaker and muddle. Shake with ice, and strain over an ice filled glass. Top with tonic water, fresh blueberries and chamomile.

THE WATERFALL

INGREDIENTS
● 1 ½ ounce vodka
● ¾ ounce limoncello
● half handful of watermelon
● 8 basil leaves
● 2 ounces ginger ale
METHOD
Muddle watermelon and basil in a shaker. Add vodka and limoncello; shake with ice and fine strain into an ice filled tall glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a basil leaf.
