Frozen Irish Coffee

Print Recipe
Servings 6 gallon

Ingredients
  

  • 8 C Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 8 C melted soft serve
  • 5 C Coffee liquor
  • 2 C whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in the machine and turn it to the slush/freeze mode, allowing up to 60 minutes for the Frozen Irish Coffee mixture to reach the desired consistency. To reduce the time for freezing within the frozen beverage dispenser, the mixture should be pre-batched and stored in a freezer. Store a secondary batch in the freezer to quickly refill the frozen beverage dispenser and return to serving temperature as quickly as possible.
  • To serve, pour via the spout directly into the glass.
  • Garnish with coffee grounds.

Grapefruit Refresher

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz Martini Riserva (aperol)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake until chilled and fine-strain into a Rocks glass over ice.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Salute to Summer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1 oz pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Pour Teeling Whiskey into a rocks-filled Collins glass.
  • Add soda water and top with pineapple juice.
  • Garnish with pineapple slices.

Irish Maid

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • 2 cucumber slices

Instructions
 

  • Muddle cucumbers in a tin and add all other ingredients.
  • Shake and fine strain into a Rocks glass over ice.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Teeling & Ginger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Teeling Small batch Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz ginger ale
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 8-10 mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Build in a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Add all ingredients and mix well.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
