Le Café V
For luxury fashion brand devotees, luxe cafés are popping up to give consumers a taste of iconic brands.
Iconic luxury fashion brands like Louis Vuitton, Armani and Vogue are known all around the world for their high-end fashion and design, and now these brands are making a name for themselves in the realm of fine dining eateries, bars and cafés. A response to the surge in online shopping, luxury fashion brands looked to cafés as a way to seduce customers to visit their brick-and-mortar stores.
These photogenic cafés provide a unique dining experience with highly detailed luxury interior designs and Instagramable foods and drinks. We’ve rounded up five of our favorite luxury fashion brand cafés to add to your destination bucket list:
Tiffany & Co.
BLUE BOX CAFÉ by Tiffany & Co. | New York
When the brand’s Blue Box Café opened in 2017 in New York City, Tiffany & Co., one of our fave luxury fashion brands, made eating “breakfast at Tiffany’s” a real thing. Designed by Tiffany & Co. Chief Artistic Director Reed Krakoff, the Blue Box Café is tucked away in the brand’s fourth floor of its flagship store.
“It’s entirely Tiffany blue. The chairs have blue slip covers, and the china plates—Krakoff originals—are dipped in blue glaze,” says Vanity Fair.
The Blue Box Café closed for renovations in early 2020 and is expected to reopen in 2022 with a new look.
RALPH’S COFFEE by Ralph Lauren | New York
There are seven Ralph’s Coffee locations that represent the spirit of the iconic fashion brand, including two in New York City. The namesake coffee shops feature Ralph Lauren’s own special blends of coffee, organically grown in Africa, Central America and South America
“The smell of freshly brewed coffee evokes so many memories for me, mostly of time spent with friends and family, the people I love,” says Ralph Lauren. “I wanted to develop these coffee blends in that spirit and create a place where people could come together and take a break from their busy days.”
The coffee blends available at Ralph’s includes Ralph’s Roast, Decaf and Espresso, which are roasted and packaged in Philadelphia. What a fun way to experience a luxury fashion brand.
