Life Time is partnering with RED Development on this project. The planned 11-story Life Time Living Paradise Valley will boast more than 300 luxury residential residences and a new 92,000-square-foot luxury athletic country club to inspire a holistically healthy lifestyle.
“From the beginning, we set out to build something original that would elevate the community to a new level. Partnering with Life Time is a testament to that goal and a sign of the innovation Arizonans can expect at PV,” Mike Ebert, managing partner at RED, says.
Anticipate the completion of this exciting project in 2026. The new residences will offer luxurious and spacious floor plans, and residents will have full access to the state-of-the-art amenities and gym equipment provided by Life Time Fitness centers.

Hitting the ICONIC Life Time Fitness gym isn’t the only feature this residential community will have to offer to promote healthy living; the project will also contain a three-acre central park and community gathering place situated amongst a mecca of dining, entertainment and retail
experiences. Live-work-play is given new meaning by lush landscaping, linked open spaces and expansive walk and bike paths.
