Welcome to Las Vegas Sign

Las Vegas is larger than life and the opportunities for sublime experiences, gorgeous hotel stays and fabulous fare are endless. Explore the latest Las Vegas venues.

Viva Las Vegas! Energy and excitement pulse through the streets of this lively city. Just when you think you have Vegas figured out, something new pops up, exceeding expectations that seemed impossible to top. Here are some of the newest Las Vegas venues that you can experience.

Las Vegas venues are all about living out your wildest dreams, so why not start your dream vacation with dessert first, especially the $688 sweet caviar dessert pairing at Hakkasan. It is served in a traditional caviar tin, with multiple layers of passion fruit cake, passion fruit marmalade, poached pineapple, coconut bavarois and coconut feuilletine topped with caviar-resembling coconut pearls. It is adorned with a mango and passion fruit sorbet, alongside a perfect pour set featuring LOUIS XIII Cognac.

If savory is more your style check out LAVO. This swirling Las Vegas venue paired with the sumptuous and elegantly served food makes LAVO an excellent place to start your culinary adventure in Las Vegas. I experienced LAVO for both a brunch and dinner and found the food sublime and the service impeccable.

This Italian restaurant menu boasts fresh pastas made in-house, excellent pizzas and a large selection of wood-fired steaks, chops, chickens, fresh salads and locally-sourced vegetables. Both meals proved to be a delightful experience.

The drinks at this Las Vegas venue put a creative twist on classic cocktails. Passion fruit-infused Sidecar and their signature ‘Lavo-lini’ cocktail made with vodka, lychee, peach and white cranberry topped with house made berry caviar are only a couple options this Las Vegas venue offers. The wine program has more than 230 bottles, featuring a vast global selection.

Las Vegas is the center of the world when it comes to entertainment. From casinos to clubs and an assortment of speculation shows, the options that Las Vegas venues present can’t be beat. The hard part is not to find the activities, but how to manage your time to do it all.

For a larger than life musical experience check out Carrie Underwood’s “Reflection” at the Resorts World Theater. Underwood pulls the audience into a fabulous performance that makes you want to sing-a-long. She not only showcases her musical talents in this intimate venue, but does so with state of the art technology such as the spatial audio experience, which uses more than 200 L-Acoustics speakers powered by L-ISA Immersive Hyperreal Sound technology.

Cirque du Soleil is always a must-see experience in my opinion. Las Vegas currently hosts six multi-sensory shows that take you on a delightful journey and always leave you surprised. All of the shows at the Las Vegas venues are timeless, captivating, immersive, and filled with wonder.

The Marquee Nightclub is one of the best club venues in Las Vegas for an imaginative evening out. It is in a premier location, surrounded by the best Vegas nightlife. This 40,000 square-foot Las Vegas venue is located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The venue features seven bars and three rooms—The Main Room, The BoomBox, and The Library, each offering its own distinct musical experience.

Be sure to check out the Las Vegas Omnia nightclub venue in Caesars Palace. The interactive nightlife experience is filled with a cool eclectic crowd and offers world-class service. Guests often have an unforgettable night. The club offers VIP tables and bottle service.

The brand new Fontainebleau Las Vegas resort, which opened in December 2023 is 67 stories high and hosts more than 3,000 rooms and suites. These elegantly designed rooms invite a relaxing yet warm feeling with blue water tones and coral accents. Many of the rooms have floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of the Las Vegas strip.

Indulge at the Lapis Spa at Fontainebleau, which offers a plethora of treatments that combine cutting-edge technology with traditional wellness rituals. While Las Vegas is located in the desert, this spa offers treatments that highlight the healing power of water through hydrotherapy. Fantastic massages are also a must, especially after a fun-filled hectic days in Las Vegas.

Another new hotel that opened at the end of 2023 is the Durango Resort and Casino in the southwest part of the Las Vegas Valley. A smaller venue with a more intimate feel, this $780 million property is home to about 200 rooms and suites and 15 bars and restaurants. It is fast becoming a hit hangout among the locals as well as tourists.

While there, indulge in a meal at the Bel-Aire Lounge, a delight to the eyes with its gold and brass finishes, super hip seating designs and delectable offers of small plates such as Kobe sliders and spicy tuna, and sushi rolls.

Las Vegas may be small, but it sure is a mighty place to experience world-class venues and delight the senses while having amazing adventures.
