If you haven’t heard, the ICONIC HAUS is a luxury designer showhouse that puts 20 marquis and award-winning design talents and influencers under one roof for an 18-day show that is open VIRTUALLY to a global audience and the site of several very small, private events—to benefit The Heart Center at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

MARK CANDELARIA & VIVIAN AYALA, CANDELARIA DESIGN | Architect
Mark Candelaria, AIA started Candelaria Design in 1999 after an 18-year career as one of the founding partners of CCBG Architects in Phoenix. During his time at CCBG he worked for and with the legendary George W. Christensen, FAIA who mentored Mark from the time he joined the firm at age 22 in 1982 until Christensen’s retirement in 1999, whereupon Mark decided to go out on his own.

The firm has grown since 1999, and along the way, Mark has carefully assembled a team very dedicated to the values that act as the soul of Candelaria Design. Named a Master of the Southwest in 2005 by Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine, Mark and his team all share the passion of good design coupled with warm and friendly personal service. From his tours to Italy to cooking for his clients upon the completion of their home, the process of designing a home means so much more than just producing a set of plans to him and his team—it means the creation of a whole new way of living that accentuates and celebrates every aspect of living in a home.

Candelaria Design is a TEAM. Mark Candelaria oversees the design and engages closely with the client in capturing the dream, combining their efforts and years of experience. On a daily basis, they are collaborating with Mark and the client in the design, orchestrating and coordinating consultants, engineers, and designers, managing the project and schedule, and carrying out the work through design and construction and all the way to the day you walk in the door and begin living in your Candelaria Design home, ICONIC HAUS Winter 2020.

ROBERT JOFFE, THE JOFFE GROUP | Realtor
Robert Joffe got his start as a businessman selling blue jeans on street corners in downtown Detroit, Michigan as a teenager. By the time he was in his second year at ASU, he was already buying and selling real estate. He now brings 35 years of operating experience in numerous facets of the real estate business. He was the co-founder of the original mall-based real estate concept now duplicated all over the world. For the last 20 years, the Joffe name has become synonymous with Luxury Real Estate.

In 2006, Robert formed The Joffe Group, and he and his team are continually top producers, consistently ranking at the top of The Business Journal’s Book of lists, as well as by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top 200 agents in the nation. In 2016, Robert co-founded LAUNCH Real Estate. Robert has been married for 30 years to his partner in life and business, Amy, whom he met at ASU, and his proudest accomplishment is that his sons Adam, 29, and Jonah, 24, have chosen to follow him into the family business.
