HBO’s Succession is an award-winning show that highlights some of the most ICONIC restaurants in NYC.

As HBO’s Succession wraps up the fourth season, we can’t help but to be inspired by the ICONIC NYC restaurants and locations featured throughout the series. The Roy family is seen dining at some of the best-of-the-best and most ICONIC restaurants in New York, including a few honored with inclusion on the Michelin Guide.

LE COUCOU

Featured in season one of Succession, one Michelin star French restaurant Le Coucou is helmed by acclaimed Chef Daniel Rose in collaboration with restaurateur Stephen Starr. Inspired by Rose’ more than 15 years in France and attending the American University of Paris, Le Coucou was designed by Roman and Williams to exude fine European gastronomy.

The dinner menu includes French-inspired cuisine like bar noir, sauce presque vierge aux écrevisses, which is sea bass, crayfish tail vinaigrette with green tomato and mint. For dessert, indulge in Ananas Rôti, roasted pineapple, passion fruit and banana, coconut ice cream and Jamaican rum.

AL CORO

Honored with two Michelin stars and a cameo on season two of Succession, Al Coro serves seasonal Italian dishes, led by Executive Chef Melissa Rodriguez. Guests pick between a three, five or seven course tasting menu, paired with wine.

Chef Rodriguez’s delightful menu is always changing, so we recommend visiting in different seasons for a fresh experience. Right now, the menu includes langoustine crudo with citrus, spring onion and soft herbs as a starter course, and hazelnut yuzu panna cotta citrus crumb with pomelo, olio fresco and meringue for dessert.
