The in-flight dining experience has come a long way. Gone are the days of cuisine at 40,000 feet being material for mediocre comedians. Stale pretzels will no longer cut it for guests on VistaJet. Now, guests can enjoy world-class meals from some of their favorite restaurants.
VistaJet’s private dining program redefines what’s possible in the skies, adding world-renowned chefs to its roster. Think mouth-watering Miso salmon from Nobu or a refreshing harvest bowl with freekeh, shaved parmesan and dried figs served with a lemon mustard vinaigrette.

Guests can alter their dining preferences before they board the flight through VistaJet’s private dining app. With a vast selection of delectable meal options, drinks, snacks and desserts, dining on a plane has never looked (or tasted) so good.
Most recently, VistaJet launched an exclusive deal with Beefbar by Ricardo Giraudi to serve Beefbar’s most celebrated dishes to passengers departing from Paris, Milan and Nice.
“We’ve transformed private dining in the air into something truly extraordinary—where every meal is an experience to savor, crafted with the art and science of altitude dining in mind,” says Diego Sabino, VistaJet’s vice president of private dining.
