The 10th annual Noche en Blanco is returning to Downtown Phoenix on October 25th. The ICONIC evening, dubbed the “Best Party in the Valley” by Phoenix Magazine, is an inspired take on the Perisian tradition, “dîner en blanc.” Every year, guests can be spotted dressed in their best white formal attire and the outdoor East Lawn at Hance Park is transformed into a light and airy decorative scape.
Notable attendees this year include Honorary Chair Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, emcee Mitch Menchaca from the City of Phoenix, and co-chairs Leah Fregulia and Catrina Kahler from Hance Park Conservancy Board of Trustees.

All of the proceeds from the memorable event will go towards the Hance Park Conservancy, which is devoted to supporting Margaret T. Hance Park and its respective entities, including Phoenix Center for the Arts, the Japanese Friendship Garden, Irish Cultural Center and more.
At the heart of the event, Noche en Blanco is an opportunity for the city to connect and help the Hance Park Conservancy secure the preservation of community-centered spaces in Downtown Phoenix.
“Phoenix continues to thrive because of events like Noche en Blanco that bring people together through shared experiences,” Gallego says. “This 10-year milestone speaks to the passion and commitment of the Hance Park Conservancy and its partners who have made this celebration of community, culture and civic pride one of the most beloved traditions in our city.”
This year’s standout features at the event include a custom-labeled beer “Purpose Pilsner for the Park” from Greenwood Brewing, Bonita Bonita Wine by WWE stars Nikki and Brie Garcia and mouth-watering food catered by Conceptually Social Catering, all set to the backdrop of live music and dancing. For a more exclusive experience, Noche en Blanco offers VIP experiences and picnic dinners. The event will also feature multicultural performances rooted in Phoenix’s diverse community.

Since its inception, Noche en Blanco has evolved from an elegant and celebratory party to a night that uplifts, inspires and encourages a stronger, diverse and flourishing Phoenix community.
“Over the past decade, Noche en Blanco has become more than an event—it’s a movement that celebrates what’s possible when a community comes together around public space, the arts and shared values,” Rick Naimark, President of the Hance Park Conservancy, says. “This year, we’re proud to honor that legacy while looking ahead to an even more vibrant future for Hance Park.”
