Horst Architects
In 1990 Horst Noppenberger, AIA founded Horst Architects based in Laguna Beach, California. Noppenberger and his team produce high-end work which bridges technology with cultural and environmental awareness.

“Our approach to design affirms the possibility of fulfilling the rigorous requirements of the client while engaging in a spirited and robust dialogue with the site,” Noppenberger says.

Noppenberger’s work philosophy explores the contrapuntal aspect of human nature through the creation of a physical space, which can be both sheltering and expansive, communal and intimate and permanent and ephemeral.

Corbin Reeves Construction was founded by Mike Reeves in 2012, a talented builder with a passion for turning plans and dreams into a reality. Reeves has built some of Orange County’s finest estates and private residences created by leading architects and designers. His team works with discerning clients, collaborators and craftsmen who share their exacting standards, acute attention-to-detail and dedication to building homes of the highest quality.

For 30 years, Reeves has been a top name in the custom home arena. After graduating in 1989 from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance, Real Estate and Law, Reeves co-founded a successful custom homebuilding company that was known globally. For more than 20 years, Reeves constructed the finest residences throughout Los Angeles and Orange County before branching off on his own and starting Corbin Reeves Construction.

PHX Architecture is a leading architecture firm in Scottsdale and Beverly Hills. Led by Erik Peterson, PHX Architecture continually evolves, conforms, and, most importantly – responds to each project’s unique characteristics.

Peterson grew up in Chicago and received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University and his Master’s degree at Arizona State University. His career in the Southwest began at the famed Taliesin Architects, Frank Lloyd Wright’s firm in Arizona, where he gained knowledge of organic architecture principles.

Now, as President of the award-winning PHX Architecture, he presides over the 30-person firm with a satellite office in Beverly Hills. Peterson has designs in 10 states throughout the western U.S. and internationally in Canada and Mexico.

Sandra Vila Design House
Sandra Vila is the visionary founder and leader of Sandra Vila Design House. Based in Southern California, she is celebrated for her ability to create modern, classic spaces that stand the test of time.

With a diverse background in design, marketing, luxury real estate and fashion, Vila combines her love for travel, passion for the arts and appreciation for historical architecture into a timeless design philosophy centered on living beautifully.

Drawing from various influences, Vila skillfully merges her extensive design knowledge with a natural artistic intuition. Her approach emphasizes personalization over neutrality, focusing on her client’s desires to create spaces that reflect their identities and narratives. Rather than impose a signature style, she hones in on the personal ethos of each client, steering clear of trends and the ubiquitous. With each project, Vila leans into the Avant-garde, integrating soul and developing the unique and
different.
Her design journey is built on a solid educational foundation, holding a Bachelor’s in Interior Design from the Interior Designers Institute and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Arizona. She is also an active member of ICAA, ASID, and IIDA.

Outside her professional life, Vila immerses herself in rich experiences—from working on construction sites to enjoying family moments, outdoor adventures, and global travels. This tapestry of life continually inspires her creative vision.
