We reached out to our friend, Food Network star and Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, who oversees all things delicious at Sanctuary to get his tantalizing secrets for the best marinades to make the best grilled chicken and meats. KOREAN BARBEQUE SAUCE
Ingredients
● 1 tbsp soy sauce
● 1 tbsp water
● 3 tbsp sake
● 1 tbsp rice vinegar
● 2 scallions
● 1 tsp minced garlic
● 1 tsp white sesame seeds
● ½ cup Hoisin sauce
● 1 tsp Sambal

Ingredients
● 2 tubs Miso
● 1 box brown sugar
● 1 quart hot water
● 2 oz sesame oil
● 2 oz chopped ginger
● 1 cup mirin
● 1 cup soy sauce

● 6 tbsp black pepper
● 3 tbsp five spice
